Responsibilities

• Maintenance of employee files and process all related payroll activities
• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation
• Prepare month-end reports, tax remittances, and management reports
• Bi-weekly payroll for both union and non-union employees
• Respond to payroll inquiries from internal and external sources
• Payroll processing and reporting

Qualifications

• Able to work on site
• Advanced MS Office proficiency
• Union payroll experience is an asset
• PCP or CPM designation completed or in the process of completion
• Experience working with Payroll software with a preference to Sage 300 and ADP Workforce Now
