Job Description
Technical Analyst


Moncton, NB


We are currently looking for a Technical Analyst to join our client's team in Moncton! This is an excellent opportunity to join one of New Brunswick's leading employers.


Hours: Monday-Friday


Salary: $17-$24/hour


Start Date: July 20, 2023


Responsibilities


  • Execution of defined and specific customer project tasks
  • Execution of site reviews of assigned business facilities as assigned by the Facilities Manager (or designate)
  • Execution of field site lifecycle activities for Desktop devices, endpoint network switching and Microsoft server hardware
  • Managing regions field support partnerships
  • Participate in on-call rotation with Field Services and Tower Support associates
  • Execution of field site preventative maintenance
  • End to end resolution of customer incidents assigned or escalated from tier 1
  • Provide timely service reporting
  • Executions of defined and specific customer service requests


Critical Experiences & Technical Skills


  • Knowledge of video conferencing technologies
  • Expert knowledge of end user computing technologies: Desktops, Laptops, handheld devices, mobile devices
  • Knowledge of server hardware, Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Cisco edge devices
  • Expert knowledge of Desktop applications: Windows 7, 10, Teams, Office 365, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, SCCM remote control, SharePoint, Juniper Remote access

Education & Certifications


  • University Degree, College Diploma, or Relevant Experience
  • 0-2 years experience in IT environments (network, systems, and end user)
  • Possess or Underway Certifications: (Any) Cisco Certified Network Associate or Microsoft Certifies Systems Associate
