Job Description
  • Basic understanding of networks, Cloud computing (Knowledge of AWS services is added advantage).
  • Should be able to prepare Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Technical Requirement document (TRD).
  • Excellent ownership skills. Should be able to collaborate with stake holders (internal and external) across the globe to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Comfortable with working in Unix/Linux environment and oracle database (Knowledge of scripting language like python, R, Linux shell, windows power shell, etc., is added advantage).
  • Should be ready to travel average 25% of the time.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on reducing implementation time through automation/process improvements.
  • Should collaborate with business SMEs and work directly with customers to successfully conduct product health checks and technical assessment activities.
  • Proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Comfortable working with APIs (preferably REST, JASON).
  • Basic understanding of Agile framework and CRM (knowledge of tools like JIRA, RALLY, Sales force is added advantage).
  • Proficient in Autosys or similar job scheduler tools (commands, jobs, batch status etc.,)
  • Actively participate in SCCB (Software change control board) meetings and drive the changes.
  • Good understanding of software change management process.
