What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap of proposed, planned, and ongoing projects.
• Act as a driving force for continuous improvement, ensuring effective change management for implemented systems.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and gather, refine, and analyze requirements for new features and tools as requested by department leaders.
• Oversee the implementation of selected vendor systems, defining project milestones, configuring systems, documenting procedures, and providing user training.
• Provide Level 2 support to users, acting as an escalation point for incidents, and efficiently resolving a wide range of service requests.
• Conduct evaluations of vendor systems to identify those that align with the requested features and tools.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Bilingual proficiency to ensure a seamless experience for English-speaking employees.
• Previous experience working in an IT Service Management environment (ITIL).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A user-centric attitude, committed to delivering top-quality service.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
