Mandatory Skills

M2 - The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following:

•University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and 4-yr Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience;

•2-yr diploma in business, management or a related discipline and 6-yr BA experience;

•1-yr certificate in business, management or a related discipline and 7-yr BA experience;

•8-yr BA experience

M3 - Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, operations manuals, etc.).

M4 - Experience working within an agile development environment

M5 - Experience working within ERP solutions, including SAP/S4Hana, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and/or VIM

M6 - Experience working in specific streams - SCM, Finance, HCM, Payroll, and/or Security

M7 - Experience in 1 or more of the items listed below

•Finance Assets and ideally projects

-SAP / S4 Hana

•Accounts Payable

-SAP / S4 Hana + VIM

-reroute workflow items

•Finance banking

-End to end process review & improvement

-SAP / S4 Hana

M8 - Proposedresource must work from within Canada, due to network and data security issues.

Standard Hours of work are 08:15 - 16:30 Alberta time

Desirable Skills

D1 - Makes decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues and without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy

D2 - Lead and/or coordinate User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

D3 - Supporting ERP software upgrades and releases.

D4 - Experience working in or for the public sector for an organization the size and complexity of the GoA.

D5 - Experience in developing ERP services including the development of service definitions, service measurements, processes, implementation and operational hand over.

D6 - Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders.

D7 - Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications.

D8 - Experience using reporting tools to build queries to support impact analysis and knowledge transfer to others

D9 - Experience in ticket resolution, working with clients, etc.

D10 - Experience updating operational manuals with repeatable steps.
