What will your days be like at Logibec?

The Senior Business Systems Analyst provides the organization with the tools they need to operate efficiently. The Senior Business Systems Analyst creates custom applications or customizes off-the-shelf software solutions, as well as manages and configures these applications, to enable internal business processes. This includes the definition of requirements, selection of the solution, project management and implementation, maintenance, support, and evolution of the applications. This individual is the primary point of contact for all systems, projects, and strategic discussions with various customer and delivery teams. Finally, the Senior Business Systems Analyst sets the strategy for the system landscape by defining the roadmap for the evolution and integration of these systems.

How will your contributions be showcased?

• Program or configure software features and applications in order to provide internal customers or systems with the functionalities required to meet business needs.
• Takes the birds' eye view of the various demands made by internal clients, the performance of systems, integrations, business processes, and strategic initiatives to recommend how systems should evolve and talk to each other.
• Works to build partnerships with stakeholders to ensure IT is seen as an enabler of business objectives.

• Maintain the software or SaaS applications as required or as needs change.
• Act as the systems lead on all new integration projects.
• Act as the systems project lead on all new implementations or change requests.
• Support the systems as a Level 2 solver, including hypercare after go-live.
• Trusted advisor to internal customers on technical solutions to business challenges.
• Perform and complete functional analysis prior to the realization of more complex requirements in order to establish the different configurations required, the risks, and the technological limits of the selected software or SaaS.
• Participates in the selection of solutions that can address business needs or challenges.
• Serve as the primary contact for the vendor during the technical implementations.
• Maintain documentation of integrated applications and data flows.
• Document the systems or SaaS configuration and features, and knowledgebase articles for Level 1 support.

• Maintain knowledge of the various APIs used by applications.
• Lead analysis, creation, quality assurance, and implementation phases of projects.
• Responsible for the analysis, creation, quality assurance, and implementation.
• Seeks out and participates in early or strategic discussions around newly identified business needs or challenges.
• Contributes to the Business Intelligence strategy by understanding the types of data contained in the various systems so that they can be included in the Data Warehouse.

Qualifications

What you will bring to Logibec to succeed in the role:

• Understands business context and processes, and can contextualize them with technical functional requirements;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP), Power Platform, Office 365, and Active Directory;
• Can adapt between working alone or in a team as the situation requires;
• Stakeholder management skills and emotional intelligence to establish strong relationships with internal customers;
• Able to identify and assess risks;
• Experience managing systems implementations;
• Experience with Business Intelligence systems and database/data warehouse concepts;
• Organized and able to project manage or coordinate implementations;
• 5-7 years of experience managing, maintaining, and supporting business systems;
• Experience with configuring, managing, and supporting APIs. Experience with iPaaS would be an asset;
• Experience managing internal customer relationships;
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts autonomously;
• This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
• Experience with various programming languages including C# and Java;
• Experience managing and writing SQL queries;
• Ability to rally support from their and other teams;
• Experience creating a strategy for the architecture of business systems landscape;
• Bachelor of Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent experience;
• Proactively provide recommendations for improvements or solutions;
