2+ Years of Salesforce experience

1 or more Certifications in Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Admin

Proficiency in BAPM tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis

Experience with Client Portals in Banking

Perform business and technical analysis to deliver a feature (data analysis, data sourcing, schema definition, API specifications, UIUX)

A minimum of 4 years' experience as a business system analyst

Experience developing Salesforce Applications (2+ years)

Gather business requirements from stake holders (2+ years)

Review requirements with technical team and convert it into technical stories in Jira (2+ years)
