Standard BioTools is looking for seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to join the Sales Operations team. The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand current business processes and gaps. We are looking for someone who will drive operational efficiency and best-in-class user experience. The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems along with supporting SFDC platform day-to-day activities.
Description:

• Gather business requirements, create user stories, propose action plans and solutions
• Create and maintain all project documentation (project plans, business requirement documents, solution design documents)
• Create reports and dashboards, analyze data and provide business insights
• Help shape our infrastructure roadmaps
• Stay current with SFDC features and leverage them as needed
• Drive change management (Deploy, monitor, impact analysis, continuous improvement)
• Autonomously run projects end-to-end
• Perform general SFDC configuration as needed
• Ensure project requests are effectively qualified, prioritized and executed
• Provide SFDC end-user support and training
• Continuously improve and optimize processes through automation
• Provide ongoing data administration to ensure high data integrity
• Create and execute test plans, coordinate defect resolution as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to influence business partners on proposed process optimizations
• A high degree of business acumen and a positive, can-do attitude
• At least 5 years of SFDC platform experience and comfortable building flows
• Passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and end-user experience
• Salesforce.com admin certification, (Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud Intelligence a plus)
• Proven track record of successfully documenting and communicating complex business requirements for both technical and non-technical audience
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales productivity, or Quote-to-Cash
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Ability to balance multiple projects and effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Proven self-starter, good listener, highly-motivated, and team player
• Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills
• Demonstrates an ability to build high functioning team in the role of manager, team leader and/or team member
• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, Statistics, Business, Economics or related field
• Desire to work in a fast-paced high-growth team environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills
