Job Description

What You Will Do


  • Serve as central point of contact for all inquiries and issues related to technology subscription service
  • Create strong collaborative working relationships with technical and business partners to implement changes through to completion
  • Be accountable for managing all aspects of business practices related to enrollment and disenrollment of Advisory Network technology. This includes implementing and executing processes, analyzing impact, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Perform system access audit activities related to technology subscription service
  • Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve processes, workflow, and advisor experience
  • Develop structured methodology and training documents based on self-initiated interviews, diagrams, surveys, and workflow analysis
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for business process improvements based on data
  • Perform onboarding/offboarding activities in support of Advisory Network systems


What You Will Bring


  • Prior experience with system governance and reporting
  • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or technology-related field
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proven ability to learn and handle multiple priorities in a challenging work environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and customers
  • Experience with scripting tools (XML, PowerShell, JavaScript) an asset
  • Bilingual an asset
  • Proven interpersonal / teamwork skills on high performing teams
  • Knowledge of and experience with data analysis tools (Excel), databases (SQL, Access)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • 2+ years in role with business and data analysis
  • Prior experience in financial industry
