The Senior Data Business and System Analyst with the Enterprise Architecture Team is your
next exciting journey.
What will your journey will be like?

• Document current and future state business processes, innovating and automating where appropriate
• Ensure solutions delivered meet expectations as well as interact with the stakeholders to simplify existing processes and streamline information flow
• Brainstorming, evaluating business documents, data models, vendor analysis, use cases, business rules, scenarios, and data for functional and non-functional requirements
• Provide current model and gap analysis, data-mapping, business process maps, flow charts, and relevant documentation
• Ensure alignment of architectural strategy with business requirements
• Gather and analyze data and develop architectural requirements at project/program/portfolio level
• Work with QA & Development teams to define business data requirements to support testing such as sample data for scenarios, review test results to ensure specifications/requirements have been met, communicate results to stakeholders, and participate in bug review and oversee/approve overall testing
• Consult with project teams to ensure compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure and services and strategic requirements
• Provide mock-ups, write clear, concise criteria-based user stories with expected outcomes and acceptance criteria for development
• Analyze functional & non-functional business requirements, translate requirements into documents, conceptual designs for changes or enhancements to business processes, data/information, and information systems
• Make recommendations to the business on how they can optimize their business process to better achieve their objectives
• Lead post-implementation continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance performance and provide increased functionality

• Demonstrates openness and willingness to adapt to different and new ways of doing things
• Business knowledge and acumen with strong technical background
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, and/or 5+ years of relevant experience as a systems analyst and/or business analyst with career progression
• Ability to work cooperatively with others on a team, and to establish and maintain effective business relationships
• Understanding of databases, SQL Queries, data management concepts
• Entrepreneur, self-motivated and self-starting independent worker
• Strong SQL / relational database understanding / experience
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing environments or uncertain conditions
• Understanding of API / microservices concepts
• Ability to elicit requirements, problems and opportunities, build conceptual solutions and present to business stakeholders
• BSS processes knowledge
• Experience on Agile / SAFe Methodologies
• Ability to tackle problems with a logical, systematic, and sequential approach
• Ability to build mappings between source and destination systems
• Management consulting experience is considered an asset
• TechCo experience is considered an asset
• Telco experience is considered an asset
