Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid position, meaning 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote per week. Must be in a commutable distance to our site in London, Ontario.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for understanding the needs of the business areas and conducting the necessary changes and corrections in the systems/applications used by the company. This role will report to our Senior Business Systems Manager and work closely with our business partners and technical teams to deliver high quality solutions.

If you have experience extracting from users all the necessary details to understand their needs, create functional documentation, propose solutions, make changes to system parameters to improve company processes, work together with developers to build custom solutions, and support users in testing and validation, if so we want to hear from you.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Perform cost/benefit analyses and feasibility studies
• Support business users during acceptance testing
• Define risks and limitations of solutions
• Develop high-level implementation and conversion plans
• Gather, define and document detailed business requirements and alternative solutions
• Support application developers during unit, system, and integration testing
• Recommend and document solutions including impact analysis
• Design and document all system and business impacts of the solutions
• Work with the business and project manager to manage change throughout the project

What Are The Qualifications?

Here at Trojan Technologies we will help you acquire the necessary knowledge to work with our ERP (Infor) and use our continuous improvement methodology (DBS). Please be aware of our must-haves for this position

• Hands-on experience changing system parameters and settings (no knowledge of development tools required)
• Experience in implementation/support of business systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Degree or diploma in a discipline related to Information Systems, Business Systems Analyst, Business Management or Finance.
• Knowledge of business processes and systems in the area of Finance
