Morrison Hershfield is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled person with experience in the Microsoft collaboration environment, including SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform. The position involves capturing requirements from end users, working with the IT/IM team to design and build business solutions, and providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

• Develop training plans, and provide training and support to end users.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, and design solutions leveraging Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT/IM, business operations, and key stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and best practices, and provide advice and guidance to team members.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, technical specifications, and test plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform suite, with expertise in at least one of those areas.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• 2+ years experience as a Technical or Business Analyst within a Microsoft environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline is desirable.
