In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity and integration patterns.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for MuleSoft integration projects.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including API specifications, data mapping, and integration patterns.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers, facilitating effective communication and understanding.

Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives.

Partner with the business to help translate or fine tune high-level business requirements into detailed functional, testable specifications (using BDD frameworks).
