Our London, Ontario based client is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Technical Business Analyst to assist them in making their MarTech department a well-oiled machine that delivers solutions efficiently to internal and external customers. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Transformation, the Technical Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead proposal development process with support from the estimating team.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to NetSuite implementation and customization and any other solutions developed or optimized.

· Translate business needs into specific requirements for work with the development teams, including detailed documentation.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the product owner, developers and system administrators, to ensure smooth project execution

· Conduct internal and external stakeholder gap analysis to identify areas where customization or integration is required for all our major platforms, including NetSuite and between NetSuite and other applications/software’s.

· Assist in the testing and quality assurance of NetSuite and other solutions.

· Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.

· Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

· Stay up to date with NetSuite releases and new features to leverage the platform's capabilities effectively and communicate them to the stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within NetSuite

and other platforms/solutions used.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on technical aspects.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.

· Proven experience working with NetSuite, including configuration and customization.

· Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system integration.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

· Detail-oriented and capable of producing comprehensive documentation.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset.
