Job Description

Title: Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 12 month contract + extensions

Location: Remote - Ontario

Start: ASAP


Overview

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally in the Telecom space

- Wireless and IT knowledge

- Experience creating and testing new features in cloud platforms

- Self-starter and problem solver with an analytical mindset


Nice to Have

- Development skills and knowledge is an asset but no coding experience is needed

- General knowledge of software and UI

- Understanding of IDs


Day-to-Day


Insight Global is looking for an operational Business Systems Analyst for one of Canada's top Telcom/Tech companies to support the enhancement of a consumer facing self serve platform. The contract will be long term, and will be hybrid remote. Preference for candidates in the GTA.


The ideal candidate will be both technical and functional, with the ability to read through code, work with development teams as well as bridge the gap with business stakeholders. The will be focused on bringing new enhancements to life on a AWS-hosted platform. Day to day includes system analysis, UAT testing/scripting, QA, and operations.
