What you’ll be working on:

• Research and propose new technology to optimize process performance and support business needs
• Generating, evaluating and analyzing data and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborating and communicating with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure organizational needs, including reporting and analytics,
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for HR technology that aligns with the organization's strategic goals
• You'll be responsible for managing and evolving our HR information systems, reporting and analytics, and ensuring the accuracy and security of our data.
• Ensure alignment and build a partnership with the IT team to integrate HR systems into company-wide systems, policies and procedures

What you’ll need to have:

• Mix of skills developed via some combination of education & experience in:
• Experience with systems administration and implementation

1. Analytics
2. Process Design & Systems Thinking,
3. Digital Development Programming,
4. Project Management,
5. Business Analytics,

• Effective and concise communicator
• Fast learning / clear critical thinking skills
• Ability and willingness to learn
