Agilus is recruiting for aHR Data Analystin theEngineering industry.

We are looking for an experienced part-time HR Data Integration Specialist with a strong background in Excel data set analysis to join our clients HR department to support mostly integration (M&A) needs. The HR Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for managing HR data integration processes, conducting data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of HR data sets during M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Excel data set analysis, HR processes, and M&A integration.

A typical day:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HR and M&A teams regarding HR data integration issues
• Develop and implement HR data integration solutions that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data across various systems and applications, with a focus on Excel data set analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR data integration solutions meet business needs, compliance requirements, and data security standards during M&A transactions
• Manage data mapping, data extraction, data transformation, and data loading processes using Excel
• Conduct data analysis to identify data quality issues, data anomalies, and data discrepancies, and work with HR and M&A teams to resolve them
• Develop and maintain data integration documentation, including data mapping, data flow, and system architecture diagrams in Excel
• Update, improve and validate current integration supporting databases related to employee critical data
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of HR data integration solutions

Successful candidates will have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations, and experience with HR systems such as HRIS, payroll, benefits, and talent management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in HR data integration, data mapping, data transformation, and data loading using Excel
• Experience in M&A transactions and a deep understanding of M&A integration processes, an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or relevant work and practical experience
• Strong technical skills in Excel data set analysis, SQL, ETL tools, data integration platforms, and database management systems
