Data Analyst Jobs

Our client is a global leader in the fountain industry - from design to manufacturing. With clients all over the world (be that Toronto, London or Dubai), their incredible fountains are must-haves for private residences, condominiums, retail spaces, amusement parks, casinos, municipal places, museums and exhibits, commercial, office, hospitality, and hotels.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Fractional CTO, you will be managing all ETL functions as it relates to the implementation of their incoming Epicor system, moving data out of their current systems and databases into the new system.

Data Analysis, Reporting and Database Administration (70% of the role):

• Understand business requirements and processes.
• Lead/develop data collection, build reports, maintain database, manage & publishing data etc.
• Design, implement, and deliver data analytics services to the Director of Finance and other key stakeholders using automated or manual, scheduled or ad hoc procedures as appropriate.
• Enable better decision making informed by accurate, relevant, and up-to-date data.

ERP Implementation (20% of the role):

• Manage stakeholder relationships - Vendor Implementation Team, Project Managers, Engineering Teams, Executive Leadership etc.
• Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.
• System integration and migration of data from the old ERP system to the new ERP System.
• Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress update.

Must Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong Data Analysis and Management skills (strong grasp of SQL).
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
• 2 - 4+ years' experience in a related Data Analysis or Data Engineering role required.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an ERP Administrations, ERP Implementation, Database Administration, Project Management role highly valued..
• Experience with Python libraries as it relates to Data Extraction, Cleaning & Structuring.
