Overall Responsibilities
The HR Systems Coordinator is a member of the HR Service’s team and performs HR related services including accurately maintaining time and attendance, work schedules and reporting.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Maintain attendance records for production team members
• Track and document the Coaching Counselling process.
• Maintain probationary and Performance Evaluation tracking
• OT equalization plant wide
• Labor and lot reconciliations
• Maintain ADP scheduling
• Kelcom linking for: Payroll hours, schedules and exception clearing from attendance report
• Vacation and LOA approvals based on agreed thresholds and seniority
• Complete the monthly Union reporting and absenteeism reporting
• Complete weekly TPT schedule
• Training matrix owner: classification and safety needs
• HR based SOP maintenance
• Work in compliance with the company’s Health & Safety Policy, SOPs & Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. Facilities
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
• Successful completion of post secondary education through accredited institution (college or university) preferably in Business or HR related field
• 1 -3 years’ experience in HR or customer service
• Experience working with HRIS system, ADP Workforce now or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft (Word/Excel) and HRIS
• Strong values and ethics to work in a confidential and professional manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully and professionally at all times
• High attention to detail, accuracy & organization skills
• Ability to work independently with good time management skills & ability to prioritize
• Ability to deal with issues in a confidential manner
