Job Description
ADP is hiring an experienced Human Resources Business Advisor to support our HR Outsourcing business. In this position, you will help our external Comprehensive Service clients leverage ADP's exceptional business solutions so they can focus on what matters most to them - growing their business.

Responsibilities


  • Utilizing a proactive, consultative approach, receives and responds to external client inquiries using various technology platforms.
  • Research information from multiple resources to provide best practice knowledge to clients.
  • Keeps up-to-date and proficient on a wide variety of Canadian employment laws and regulations at both the provincial and federal levels.
  • Leverages every client touchpoint as an opportunity to create value for the client.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Provides the client with guidance and best practices in the various areas of human resources, including employee relations, legislation compliance, performance management, recruitment and hiring, rewards and recognition, health and safety, etc.
  • May be requested to support other teams within ADP's HR Centre for Excellence.
  • Participates in assigned HR projects to increase HR knowledge and experience including but not limited to HR content creation, in depth HR research, and development of HR training.
  • Participates in training and development activities to keep current on HR related topics, and system and product enhancements and changes.
  • Adheres to internal policies and procedures in an effort to minimize risk and liability to ADP. Must be able to transition between a wide variety of HR competencies quickly and proficiently.
  • Educates clients on human resources tools, information, and best practices.
  • Responds professionally and timely to client inquiries; Communicates directly with clients via phone, email and/or remote diagnostic tools to resolve issues. This includes investigating, researching, and analyzing client human resource inquiries to best support clients' needs.
  • Participates in ADP client retention efforts, including helping to identify clients-at-risk.
  • Maintains appropriate records of client contact through the Case Management System ensuring that case notes are professionally written and that they thoroughly and accurately capture full details pertaining to client requests.


Qualifications


Experience, Skills, Academic:


  • Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to meet business requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
  • ADP Product knowledge in WorkforceNow (WFN) is an asset
  • Experience is HR Consulting is an asset
  • Must be familiar with HR legislations and regulations throughout Canada
  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes
  • Advanced Internet and MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required


Education


  • HR Designation is an asset
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in HR experience
