Job Description

We are currently looking for a HR Assistant for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

  • Full-time (37.50 hours per week).

  • Work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring the email inbox and responding to inquiries.
  • Following up with employees to address questions & concerns and provide instruction.
  • Being the intake coordinator for employees questions and follow-up.


What you will need to succeed:


  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) (an asset).
  • Expert Excel skills to meet reporting requirements.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow complex oral & written directions and excellent problem-solving skills.
