How you will make an impact

• Draft and update templates for HR documents
• Lead the H& S committee
• Full cycle recruitment
• Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
• Assess employee performance, including appraising pay scales, assisting with annual reviews
• Responsible for completing various tasks to support the daily operations
• Create and enhance new and existing policies and procedures
• Processing weekly payroll
• Administration of employee Pension and benefits Respond to employee inquiries
• Work with other team members to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for new company employees
• Manage employee relations, including coordinating sensitive conversations and engaging employee

Requirements

3 or more years experience in an Human Resources

Excellent written and verbal business skills

Post Secondary education in Human Resources is an asset

• Salary to be based on experience $65,000 to $70,000
