Job Description
Responsibilities


Reporting to the Clerk of Accounts (a title that was bestowed on this incumbent since 1348) your key responsibilities as the Part Time Assistant Accountant will include


Have you ever wanted to work within the Grounds of Windsor Castle and attend Royal Events. This Part Time Assistant Accountant Role will give you this opportunity.


Running the Purchase Ledger (AP) Function


Running the Sales Ledger (AR) Function


Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled and problems or errors resolved.


Other Ad-Hoc tasks as requested by the Clerk of Accounts


The ideal Part Time Assistant Accountant will have previous AP/AR and Bank Reconciliation experience, SageLine 50 experience is a must and in return will receive an hourly rate of £13-£16 per hour. Parking will be provided within the grounds of the Castle. Part Time Hours about 15-20 Hours a Week, days and times to suit.
