Hr Information Systems Lead

Sarah McKenna HR are pleased to be partnering with a successful national charity in their search for a HR Systems Lead, based at their Head Office in Bowburn.

As the HRIS Lead, you will be an integral part of our clients’ growing People Team. You will have the opportunity to support an exceptional workforce and shape the organisation into an outstanding place to work.

Our client is seeking an experienced systems and workflows expert to join their friendly People Experience Team and contribute to the development of their HR Information System (SAGE People).

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. Hybrid working available 3 days office/2 days home working. Enhanced holiday entitlement of 27 days plus bank holiday which increases to 32 days after 1 years service.

As the HRIS Lead, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Manage and improve the current HRIS to allow users to easily navigate and report through the system* Provide expert advice and comprehensive training on the system* Contribute to the development of efficient reporting processes* Support users and managers in optimising our system's potential

Working closely with the People Team and external managers/stakeholders, you will ensure all processes are streamlined and user-friendly, fostering a harmonious work environment.
