What you’ll be working on:

• Maintain all technical applications and systems for the Human Resources team, including troubleshooting, managing integrations and interfaces, and vendor and contract management within the current HR systems architecture and its future state
• Communicating to stakeholders new findings using visualizations and other means
• Responsible for ensuring alignment and building a partnership with the IT team to integrate HR systems into company-wide systems, policies and procedures
• Generating, evaluating and analyzing data and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Providing analytical expertise and recommendations to best serve our customers and/or internal stakeholders
• Designing and analyzing data to identify trends to uncover solutions and opportunities
• Research and propose new technology to optimize process performance and support business needs

What you’ll need to have:

• Ability and willingness to learn
• Process Design & Systems Thinking,
• Effective and concise communicator
• Mix of skills developed via some combination of education & experience in:
• Business Analytics,
• Fast learning / clear critical thinking skills
• Project Management,
• Digital Development Programming,
• Finance or Economics
• Data Science/Analytics/Visualization,
• Or other related work or educational programs
