Up to 2 years’ HR operations experience，experience in a HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred;

High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills

Support and assist in other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;

Strong planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and with time-sensitive deadlines

Perform various administrative tasks related to benefits, pensions, and disability cases

Resolve benefits escalations from our internal business partners
