Job Summary
The HR Professional is a lead HR business partner with the primary responsibility of planning and leading the HR function at the Admin Area level. Coordinates and delivers HR services to their assigned organization in line with Admin Area management, senior BL/SL management and corporate HR strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Recommends and executes plans to improve employee engagement in the organization.
- Makes significant contributions to the development of HR strategy and policies.
- Verifies the implementation of existing corporate and departmental HR regulations, legislation, and policies.
- Recommends new approaches and procedures to continuously improve the efficiency of the department and HR services.
- Implements the organization's vision and mission.
- Develops functional requirements for custom HR applications.
- Develops or implements an internal HR strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Reviews patents and prototype portfolios with BL employees if required.
- Identifies deviations, advises on personnel issues, and helps implement approved solutions.
- Implements HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements:
- This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business and Management, or Human Resource Management
- Experienced 10 years in handling HR field, especially at global exposure.
