Experience with TPM and T&D management

University degree in human resources management, business, psychology/sociology, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or similar experience in a manufacturing environment.

At least 5 years of experience in a union environment and in collective bargaining.

Experience managing positive employee relationships at another institution.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Kronos an asset.

At least 15 years experience in corporate HR in a generalist, advisory, or management/director level role.

CHRL designation or in progress or equivalent post-graduate education in Human Resources Management

Must be self-motivated, organized and possess strong communication skills (both verbal & written)

Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)

An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities

Must be living in the GTA and available for both on-site and virtual consultation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with board members and executive management

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Advise executive management on all matters of board governance and board effectiveness
