Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) or Master’s Certificate in Project Management is preferred

Working knowledge of and experience with Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST etc.

Working knowledge of and experience with Azure cloud environments and Azure services in customer environments.

Minimum of 10 years’ business experience.

Strong commercial acumen with proven category and contract management capabilities

Leads a team of Procurement Specialist(s) who will manage a portfolio of sub-categories to support WSP Canada’s operations

Manages the assessment, selection, and development of strategic suppliers to meet best cost and performance goals.

Manages supplier relationships, develops and monitors supplier improvement plans

A minimum of 8 years of sourcing and project management experience in a custom manufacturing environment.

Support VP Global procurement and Director Global Category Management on gathering data and preparing reports / presentations for upper managements.

Communicate with, evaluate and approve vendors to ascertain their ability to meet company requirements, goals and objectives.

Be knowledgeable of the industry, suppliers’ business and the supply market overall

Select vendors to use in ATS divisions, based on requirements and business considerations.

Sound working knowledge of Excel, Word and other MS Office software.

Bachelor's degree in Business and Management, or Human Resource Management

Develops functional requirements for custom HR applications.

Experienced 10 years in handling HR field, especially at global exposure.

Implements the organization's vision and mission.

Develops or implements an internal HR strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Implements HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.

At least 10 years of experience in corporate governance, board development, talent management, or a related field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with board members and executive management

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Advise executive management on all matters of board governance and board effectiveness

Stay current on developments in corporate governance and advise executive management on their implications for the company

Work with executive management to establish and maintain effective relationships between the board and management.

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in managing facilities services across multiple locations including vendor and stakeholder management

Standardize and Manage the Facilities Services at all Global STEMCELL Facilities including Front Desk Services

Experience leading, coaching, developing and evaluating a team

Experience overseeing teams in Facilities Operation / Coordination and Reception is an asset

Experience working with global teams in a matrix environment

Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills
