Job Description

Certifications & Education Requirements:

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or Engineering
  • Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) or Master’s Certificate in Project Management is preferred


Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with providing proposals for Cybersecurity services & solutions.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with O365 environments and O365 services in customer environments.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ business experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing solicited/unsolicited customer proposals and customer contracts.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing & negotiating contracts with vendors, partners and consultants.
  • Experience with conducting an effective needs analysis of a customer's business operation and business drivers.
  • Experience providing consultation to internal and external clients with regards to professional services.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Azure cloud environments and Azure services in customer environments.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with providing proposals for IT Forensic services.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer engagements concurrently while managing engagement deliverables and client expectations.
  • Excellent problem analysis/solving in the performance of developing and/or modifying systems and applications.
  • Relevant North American Telecom experience.
  • Provides logical thinking, troubleshooting, presentation, and communication skills with a strong drive for results.
  • Proven experience in using software applications including, Salesforce, Leankit, Office 365 suite of products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing IT projects (i.e. Infrastructure, Software, Telecommunications) including but not limited to managing requirements, solution design, solution development and testing.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with IT talent recruitment services.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with planning, recruitment, coordination, and management of the resources needed to effectively support major projects.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, organizing, and coordinating abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and internally at all levels of the organization up to and including corporate executive.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST etc.
  • Proven experience required in managing and directing resources in professional services capacity in the delivery of customer solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing project deliverables, managing the schedule, budget, scope, issues, risks, and communications.
  • Ability to engage and interact with clients on needs, scope projects and deliver on project demands.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing cross divisional project teams and working with various stakeholders including Executive Management with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with all levels of the company to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for direction and consulting to the Client sales teams and customers as it relates to the sale and delivery of Professional Services to customers.
  • Responsible for project deliverables. In doing so the Consultant will be responsible for managing the schedule, budget, scope, issues, risks, and communications.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities in organization, planning, facilitation, risk analysis, controlling, negotiation and communications (verbal and written).
  • Accountable for approving sales proposal pricing and profitability, for quality assurance of all sales documentation, and for reviewing and ensuring sales contracts accuracy and ensuring external vendor contracts are signed.
  • Regularly performs analysis of Professional Services to gain feedback from customers and sales teams, assist in establishing pricing models, delivery management and tracking of service opportunities.
  • Responsible to represent Client with external Professional Services vendors and partners, building a foundation of support and leverages these relationships to deliver in the best interests of Client’s customers.
  • Participates in the evolution of Client’s Professional Services Portfolio.
  • Provides a technical leadership role in the Professional Services portfolio, accountable for technical qualification to close sales opportunities and specifically for assisting in the achievement of revenue targets for the portfolio.
  • Accountable to effectively and consistently manage customer engagements, when work is being completed by external third-party resources, to ensure delivery of the Client contracted services.
  • Core competencies such as initiative, relationship building, influencing others, working independently, problem solving, and decision making are required.
  • Assists the sales teams in the development of Professional Services strategies for customers.
