They are currently seeking a General Manager that will embody these traits and help run their team in order to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:
- Food and beverage knowledge in both the front and back of house operations.
- Working knowledge of financial reporting structures including; budgets, labor, productivity, revenue, and expenses
- Bilingual (English and French) is a must
- Minimum 3+ years management experience within a large volume, full service restaurant
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Create detailed control systems to maintain specified standards in all areas of the F&B operations. From the rotation of glassware to the placement of tablecloths, each and every element is reviewed, understood, controlled and specified limiting all variability in presentation and service standards.
- Ensuring optimal performance by being present on the floor to monitor, support and lead the team to deliver a service that exceeds expectations.
- Drive revenue and profit through the development and implementation of strategies aimed at identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities..
- Ensuring food quality, presentation and portions are maintained within the set standard.
- Follow up on guest complaints and ensure appropriate internal follow up, including implementing training resolutions and effective performance management where applicable
- Create and maintain efficient scheduling practices to ensure adequate staffing levels that satisfy guest and business needs
- Communicate/Manage online reputation by reacting in a timely and professional manner; ensuring all issues, concerns or otherwise unsatisfactory experiences are seen through to their respective resolutions.
- Lead, as well as participate in training, on boarding and coaching of new and existing team members
- Demonstrate a talent based approach to recruitment by creating, evaluating and executing effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Work a flexible schedule that meets business demands, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Continuously generate innovative ideas; assisting in the development and implementation of marketing opportunities, promotions and food and beverage related events
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment by establishing and enforcing superior sanitation standards and procedures complying with required health regulations.
