Responsibilities:

• Qualifications:
• Ability to interpret contracts and measurement reports accurately
• Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials, installation processes, and industry best practices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with homeowners and team members
• Order and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and availability for projects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Schedule and coordinate roofing and siding jobs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant tools
• Communicate with homeowners to schedule installations and address any concerns or questions
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production-related issues Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement proactive measures to maintain timelines
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in the roofing and siding industry
• Develop and maintain a reliable time schedule to prevent job backlogs and minimize project turnaround time
• Review contracts and measurement reports to ensure accurate cost estimation and adherence to budgets
• Upload documents of invoices and other needed items to maintain tracking
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
