Overview

We are looking for a General Manager. In this role, you will lead a Business Unit and deliver successful metrics for the BU. You will report directly to the CEO, engage closely with the executive team and have significant autonomy in leading projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Business Unit end-to-end with input from key stakeholders
• Lead the Business Unit's key strategic and operational tasks for Vial including core clinical ops, M&A, and investor relations

What You'll Bring

• Deeply analytical, systems thinker, focused on finding scalable solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in Product and/or Finance and/or Business Operations and/or Strategy and/or Analytics

This role is fully remote, based anywhere in Canada. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide sponsorship to work in Canada.
