Position title: Accountant, General Accounting
Location: Montreal (hybrid)
Reports to: Manager, General Accounting
Reporting to the Manager, General Accounting your role will consist in registering financial accounting transactions for our Head Office.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Register financial accounting transactions for our Head Office;
- Participate in the analysis of the Corporate activities and support managers as well as special reports requested by our internal customers;
- Be involved in the quarterly forecast and annual budget preparation;
- Produce accounting entries;
- Identify the necessary provisions for the purposes of accounting procedures;
- Generate financial reports;
- Follow the assets of the Head Office other than the IT assets and perform the commissioning necessary to those.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
- You have a good knowledge of GAAP;
- You are titular or in way to obtain from a university degree in accounting;
- You have a very good experience with Microsoft Office;
- You are bilingual (written and spoken) in French (intermediate level) and English*.
- Your professional designation is an asset;
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a position in accounting;
- Your knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) is an asset;
*This is required since as part of this function, you will have to intervene with customers, partners and/or our American subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing.
You must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews, aptitude tests (for some positions) and pre-employment verification.
