Role: Staff Auditor- General

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Canada)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare workpapers that are accurate, concise, and submitted timely with sufficient documentation to support the results.
• Effectively Identify underlying root causes, best practices in control design and operational effectiveness, and communicate results to Internal Audit Manager or Senior supervising work.
• Execute SOX 404 and External Audit Direct Assist testing in accordance with previously developed test plans and document results in accordance with testing guideline provided by Internal Audit Manager or Internal Audit Senior.

Qualifications needed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science or a similar field.
• Added advantage to have Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• 3 – 5 years Audit experience.
