Position Overview

As a Psychological Assessment Coordinator for our Health team, you will have the opportunity to provide coordination/collaboration efforts to the psychological assessment process.
Responsibilities
  • Document all activities for each candidate throughout the psychological assessment process
  • Work closely with Psychologists to ensure they receive all materials, reports, candidate lists, and final determinations lists
  • Run answer sheets, provided by the candidates, through the scantron machine to mark assessments
  • Coordinate with candidates to receive psychological assessments
  • Ensuring that all process requirements and deadlines are met or exceeded
  • Communicate regularly with the customer, including providing ongoing reports
Qualifications
  • Ability to recognize any problems or delays and promptly and efficiently bring these issues to the attention of management
  • Experience using scantron hardware and software is considered an asset (IE: On-Site Pro and/or Q-Global/Q-Local)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Any experience or knowledge of psychological assessment processes such as testing materials will be considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills, including filing/recordkeeping and computer literacy in all Microsoft Suite Programs (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to easily switch between different activities and reschedule priorities (sometimes on an hourly basis)
  • Excellent professional level oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism (English, French) will also be considered an asset
Additional Requirements
  • The successful candidate must possess or be eligible to obtain a Canadian Government Security Clearance at the Reliability
  • This is a fully hybrid role where the successful candidate will be required to work (in-person) out of the Burlington, Ontario office 3 days per week
