MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and management for the purpose of resolving workload issues.

Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse customer service role

Organizing pick tickets and PPP’s and sorting them into the appropriate pick bins.

Complete end of day report to ensure all orders have been processed appropriately.

Experience with 9001 / 14001 / 27001 / or 45001

Implementation experience of the following standards: 9001 / 14001 / 27001 / or 45001

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Canada)

Proficiency with technology; experience with Google apps, Apple products, and customer relationship management software a plus

Bachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant experience in healthcare or benefits/insurance organization is highly preferred.

Help members understand the benefits available to them and how to access them to best meet their healthcare needs

Ability to independently manage one’s own workload while maintaining quality targets, department metrics, and exceeding member expectations

Understand department specific metrics and set individual goals to meet metrics. Key metrics include availability, quality, and documentation.

Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve complex situations

Support the Program Management Office with Administrative tasks such as:

Support the Director of Program Management as required

SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - LOUNGE MANAGEMENT

Support the Project Managers with their project administration (reports, invoicing, etc..)

Orchestrate catering as required for special meeting requirements.

MS 365 / MS Teams Experience

Experience working in a remote environment is an asset

Deliver exceptional customer experience primarily through phone and email, along with the occasional use of live chat.

Ensure MogoMembers are educated about Mogo’s entire suite of products and understand the benefits

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private place to work from home

Intermediate experience using multiple computer systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Experience working in a call centre environment a plus

Providing accurate feedback on customers’ experience to the Team Manager and providing support to other team members where necessary
