Risk management and internal controls (SOX/CSOX) audit expertise

University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Computer Science

Minimum two years’ experience in internal or external audit role is desired

Experienced in Health and Safety and/or quality management representative roles.

Excellent understanding of Safety Management Systems and/or Quality Management Systems and the requirements associated with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.

Lead audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed.

Certified Health and Safety or Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor

Evaluate processes for compliance with quality and legal requirements.

+8 years of experience in auditing environment (Health and Safety and/or Quality).

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role is highly recommended

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal

To manage GVP regulatory authority inspections, including hosting the inspection, preparation of inspection responses, CAPA tracking and follow-up

To manage internal and external audits on a global basis

3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance area, data review activities including analysis of safety data

Excellent interpersonal relations, planning and organising skills

A combination of post-secondary education and work experience in a related field;

In-depth knowledge of auditing internal controls and business processes gained through experience auditing governance and oversight functions and processes;

Experience applying audit and investigative practices and techniques, and preparing audit reports;

Advanced skills in Excel and/or other data analysis tools;

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and foster stakeholder relationships;

Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;

Strong computer and data entry skills

Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience

Strong customer services and interpersonal skills

Set up new donor records in fundraising database, Raiser’s Edge.

Update donor information and track all points of contact with donors via Raiser’s Edge donor database.

Send out information packages and materials requested by donors.
