Location: Sainte-Marthe, QC
Salary: $60,000-$70,000
Full benefits paid 80% by employer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the payroll process (external payroll supplier, data review, group insurance processing, compliance with standards, accounting entry, bank follow-up

banks, etc.)

• Prepare daily bank reconciliations (CAD & USD)
• Participate in the annual audit file
• Account for inventory movements and stock production
• Assist in issuing payments to suppliers (cheques and transfers)
• Assist the Controller in achieving accounting department objectives
• Monitor customer credit limits and collections, and prepare statements of account.
• Account for, classify and track accounts payable
• Account for and follow up on prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued expenses, etc,
• Create new customers and suppliers in accounting software
• Ensure communication with customers and suppliers
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• All other administrative tasks related to accounting and human resources functions

Functional in English and French
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience
