Construction Project Manager
Our Client is a fast-growing company that provides a wide range of construction services to residential and commercial projects.
We are seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in the field of construction and will be able to oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects at one time while maintaining high quality standards.
The ideal candidate can run office renovation and design build projects pretty much alone.
Responsibilities
• Oversee project management activities including scheduling, managing subcontractors, and managing client relationships
• Manage project budgets
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, design, and engineering to ensure all aspects of project are being managed properly
• Create project schedules and develop project plans for each project according to specifications
• Prepare bid packages for each project according to bid specifications
• Ensure that all aspects of each project are being managed appropriately according to state and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain client relationships including subcontractors, architects, engineers, etc.
• Manage change orders as needed from the design or engineering department
• Prepare bid packages for each job according to bid specifications
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or General Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management steady employment
Perfectly Bilingual English / French
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited college or university.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
