Production Manager (Printing) Jobs

The Production manager will Manage and Lead the manufacturing operations for the Commerical Print Facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement process improvements that enhance operational performance
• Ensure the Health and Safety of the employees
• The candidate will be providing leadership and direction for manufacturing initiatives.
• Setup and monitor the various scoring metrics for manufacturing operations against goals, including but not limited to efficiency, safety, waste management, on-time delivery, cost control, etc. to ensure that progress is being made; meet and review regularly with operation unit leaders;and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Assist in Production Planning and oversee workflow to meet required deliveries

Qualifications

• Role requires a willingness to work extra hours and a flexible schedule as needed (3 shift operation)
• Fluently bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial printing industry
• Technically savvy - Solid understanding of production capabilities and technologies
• Intermediate computer skills in MSOffice required
