Customer Service/Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities

Working in a fast-paced environment, greeting and aiding in person customers, answering phones, quoting customers, booking appointments, entering invoices, following up on orders, dealing with vendors. In addition, there will be accounting duties, on an as needed basis, such as collections, billing, month-end reporting and other account responsibilities.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Accounting experience is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working within the tire industry or knowledge of the tire industry is a preferred requirement. Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, with availability for occasional half day Saturday's during tire changeover season (roughly 3 in the spring, and 3 in the late fall). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, along with high multitasking skills. Valid driver's license. Reliability is a must. General computer knowledge is required, excel and ability to learn new computer programs quickly is preferred.
