Accounting Clerk, Conception Bay South Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with Platinum Parking in search of a full-time permanent Accounting Clerk. This position is available as the team is growing! Reporting to the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to the growing Accounting team. You will thrive in a fast- paced environment where you can immerse yourself in learning and growing as an Accountant. • Prepare internal and external monthly reporting packages
• Perform other related responsibilities as required Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency of Excel
• Ability to work in a constant changing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A 3 year accounting program or equivalent work experience
• Conduct bank reconciliations utilizing Excel
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor Â
• Provide administrative support for bi-weekly payroll
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
• Detail oriented, autonomous and organized
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
