We are looking for a relationship management focussed, experienced partnerships executive with a demonstrable record of success to launch and grow our partner program. The [VP or Director] of Partnerships will be responsible for managing existing partners and building a strong partnership development function, defining objectives and timelines, establishing repeatable, data-driven practices, and overseeing a program that drives meaningful revenue and retention.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the ideal candidate will operate at a strategic level and help uncover new revenue opportunities and work with our team to increase the value of existing partnerships. We are looking for someone who can make a huge impact on the growth of FundThrough!

Requirements
- BS or BA, MBA a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach to addressing partner needs.
- Solid understanding of partnerships and alliances, particularly channel partnerships, and how they can create value for the business.
- Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results.
- Independent thinker with the ability to see ideas in unconventional ways.
- You have managed tech-enabled products and feel comfortable working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
- You are data oriented and analytical with well established performance in prior roles.
- Technologically savvy and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS is preferred (fintech experience is a bonus).
- Proven track record in partner/relationship management or customer success.
- With the existing team, develop and manage pipeline of partners including identifying, prospecting, outreach, assessment, alignment, negotiations, & close as well as leading the launch process with new partners including sales enablement, marketing and change management
- Be accountable for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success KPIs, and retention and integration adoption
- Oversee (alongside marketing) co-marketing campaigns, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events
- Take ownership for managing and building the entire partnership function, including owning and managing our highest value channel partners and hiring a team to develop, enable and monetize an expanding set and ecosystem of partners
- Establish clearly defined goals/forecasts for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management including performing monthly and quarterly partner reviews
- Work with our partners and internal teams (sales, client success, marketing, legal, product, and engineering) to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem
- Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and practices to continuously improve results
