Description
- Provide administrative assistance and support to all departments
- Dealing with incoming post, couriers and deliveries
- Handling all inbound calls
- Assist in planning and preparations for company events, and training days
- End-to-end office management of our Toronto Office.
- Manage meeting room and site facilities including assisting in set up of conference tele/video, refreshment, it assistance and other general requests
- Occasionally support for Europe and New York operations.
- Meeting room and desk booking system management.
- Gatekeeper and front-of-house responsibilities as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Ensuring health and safety, and hygiene standards of the office are maintained.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Working closely with HR, Events, Corporate EA’s, Finance, Marketing and IT departments this role will be a generalist role and will be a great opportunity for someone to grow and manage full office operations.
- Updating and filing corporate documents
- Onboarding new starters
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask & prioritise.
- Proactive, punctual and committed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a small company environment.
- Comfortable both working under their own autonomy and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an office environment.
