Job Description
Goldentrust Group is looking for full time Office Administrator.


Responsibilities


Front Desk Management:


  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.


Administrative Support


  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Process expense reports and invoices.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain office files and records both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary.


Office Supplies And Equipment


  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory; order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure all office equipment is in working order; coordinate repairs if necessary.


Communication And Correspondence


  • Maintain and update contact lists for employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Distribute memos, announcements, and internal communications.
  • Respond to emails, letters, and other forms of communication.


Facility Management


  • Liaise with building management for any facility-related concerns.
  • Organize and oversee office layout and space utilization.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities and equipment.


Requirements


  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, scanners, photocopiers, etc.).
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees and visitors effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
