Job Description

Bosda International Inc. is an importer of automotive parts located in Aurora, Ontario. We focus on aftermarket sales, product research and customer services of wheel hub assemblies and wheel bearings for passenger cars and light-duty trucks. Our mission is to deliver quality products and services to our valuable customers in USA and Canada.

Our organization is seeking an Office Administrator to support Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be capable of understanding customers' need, processing purchase orders and issuing invoices in a timely manner. Extremely detail oriented, strong work ethics and fluent in English and Chinese are strong assets.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prepare Customs Clearance documents to Customs brokers;
  • Process and verify customer issued POs and generate company’s PO to suppliers.
  • Response customers’ inquiries/concerns/questions, resolve issues internally and/or from customers’ side, escalate unresolved issues to senior management and/or suppliers and follow-ups.
  • Issue goods receipts, invoices and packing list;

Requirements

  • Extremely detailed oriented, strong work ethic, dependability and integrity.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.
  • Skill in Excel, Word, Outlook, google, Internet, and other office related computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese would be an asset.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow, and ensure deadlines are met
