Job Description

Lake Country Office Solutions is currently seeking an administrative assistant who is extremely detail-oriented and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Successful candidates should have a college diploma and five years of office experience.Computer expertise in Outlook, Excel, Word and accounting software are essential, with a working knowledge of E-automate preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Reception duties
  • Invoicing
  • Ordering equipment & supplies
  • Managing inventory
  • Shipping & receiving
  • Dispatching service calls
  • Contract maintenance.
  • Customer/vendor communications
  • Preparing reports


Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Post secondary diploma
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
