Application System Administrator Ft Jobs

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Liaise with building management for any facility-related concerns.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Monitor and manage office supply inventory; order supplies as needed.

Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

A post-secondary diploma in an information technology, computer science, engineering or a related field from an accredited educational institution

Health informatics education and vendor applications specific to assigned application(s) are assets

Provide administrative and technical user support in response to escalations form the service desk

Plan, implement and document upgrades or new application installations to expand the scope of services as part of a project team

Ensure effective collaboration with all members of the work team to inform stakeholders of progress and resolutions

Interruptions to respond to questions are common; dedicated and focused time for planning and concentration can be scheduled

Managed Desktop Services: End User support (Laptop, Printer, OS, etc…), Remote Access tools (i.e. Team Viewer)

Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ Solutions (SAAS) and some experience of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is an asset.

Managed Server / Cloud Services: Windows Server (Active Directory), File/Print Server, Cloud platforms (i.e. Azure, AWS)

Experience in quality assurance/ with a quality assurance background

Experience in technical writing is an asset;

Experience and understanding of database stored procedures and ETL layers.

Familiarity with basic project management principles

Pursuit of technical or business certifications is considered an asset (CPA, CFA, MBA, PMP, etc.)

3+ years of strong business acumen and investment industry experience

Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, application architectures and Oracle databases

Possession of business knowledge, including investment products and accounting frameworks, rules and guidelines

Knowledge of intermediate programming and scripting concepts (Python, Power Shell, SQL)

Minimum 3-year college diploma specializing in event coordination, digital technology, or sports management.

Familiarity with EDI challenges, our teams, their games, and coaching requirements will be an asset in levelling-up.

2+ years providing mentorship to teams or individuals, creating visual communications, deploying technology, or event coordination.

Demonstrated ability to foster a positive environment for a diverse group of gamers is highly desirable.
