Corporate Safety Administrator Jobs

With Vector Constriction’s growing operations we have immediate opening and are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Corporate Safety Administrator based out of our Winnipeg office.

Skill set to include:

• Willingness to learn and take on new types of work
• Work as part of a team towards meeting construction schedules
• Excellent computer (office 365) skills
• A recognized safety designation is preferred
• Demonstrated high level of energy, initiative and leadership
• Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage time to meet required deadlines
• 5 year plus experience in a safety position with a strong emphasis on administration

Requirements

• Assist in management of incidents and RTW as needed
• Maintain safety statistic for all of Vector’s operating divisions
• Manage division monthly safety reporting
• Act as a resource to division regarding completing safety pre-qualifications and supplying safety documentation as needed
• Analyze safety data and work to develop tending patterns within the safety program
• Manage all corporate online safety qualifications (ISNet, Avetta etc.)
• Maintains library of Vector safety documentation, policies and programs and updates them as needed to remain current
• Ability to work with the rest of the team to see projects through to completion
• Assist in producing Vector’s quarterly safety newsletter
• Have a positive attitude working as part of a team towards predefined project goals
